Basic Human Psychology..!!!

Basic Human Psychology ...

If you tell your mind, you want something, this is how it's going to work.

I want It .. Mind: "It's impossible, leave it"

I want It .. Mind: "You can't have it, leave it"

I want It .. Mind: "You are thinking BIG"

I want It .. Mind: "Ok some people have it, but not you"

I want It .. Mind: "It will take a lot of time and effort, forget it, you are lazy"

I want It .. Mind: "You don't have any resources"

I want It .. Mind: "You don't know the right people"

I want It .. Mind: "Why are you not ready to give up?"

I want It .. Mind: "Ok you are obstinate, rigid, what's the plan"

I want It .. Mind: "This plan is not sound"

I want It .. Mind: "Might work"

I want It .. Mind: "Let's try it out, you really want it"

I want It .. Mind: "You fail, give it up"

I want It .. Mind: "Let's try again"

I want It .. Mind: "You fail, give it up"

I want It .. Mind: "Let's try again"

After some years of persistence ...

I have done It .. Mind: "You are a dude !!"

... The biggest discovery of my century is - "Whatever the human mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve"

... Be HARD on your dreams, not soft ... You know what I mean ...

... The biggest road block is your mind, and you have to repeat what you want a 1000 times, subconscious mind is obstinate, it's not going to understand that easily.

... Ambani was poor than us, but his mind was powerful, he was not ready to give up

... Henry ford said to his team - "I want it", and as if by a magic stroke the V8 engine was created

... Success is not MAGIC, it's an ATTITUDE ... You know what I mean ...

10 Amazing Lessons from Albert Einstein

10 Amazing Lessons from Albert Einstein:

1 - Follow Your Curiosity

“I have no special talent. I am only passionately curious.”

What piques your curiosity? I am curious as to what causes one person to succeed while another person fails; this is why I’ve spent years studying success. What are you most curious about? The pursuit of your curiosity is the secret to your success.

2 - Perseverance is Priceless

“It's not that I'm so smart; it's just that I stay with problems longer.”

Through perseverance the turtle reached the ark. Are you willing to persevere until you get to your intended destination? They say the entire value of the postage stamp consist in its ability to stick to something until it gets there. Be like the postage stamp; finish the race that you’ve started!

3 - Focus on the Present

“Any man who can drive safely while kissing a pretty girl is simply not giving the kiss the attention it deserves.”

My father always says you cannot ride two horses at the same time. I like to say, you can do anything, but not everything. Learn to be present where you are; give your all to whatever you’re currently doing.

Focused energy is power, and it’s the difference between success and failure.

4 - The Imagination is Powerful

“Imagination is everything. It is the preview of life's coming attractions. Imagination is more important than knowledge.”

Are you using your imagination daily? Einstein said the imagination is more important than knowledge! Your imagination pre-plays your future. Einstein went on to say, “The true sign of intelligence is not knowledge, but imagination.” Are you exercising your “imagination muscles” daily, don’t let something as powerful as your imagination lie dormant.

5 - Make Mistakes

“A person who never made a mistake never tried anything new.”

Never be afraid of making a mistake. A mistake is not a failure. Mistakes can make you better, smarter and faster, if you utilize them properly. Discover the power of making mistakes. I’ve said this before, and I’ll say it again, if you want to succeed, triple the amount of mistakes that you make.

6 - Live in the Moment

“I never think of the future - it comes soon enough.”

The only way to properly address your future is to be as present as possible “in the present.”

You cannot “presently” change yesterday or tomorrow, so it’s of supreme importance that you dedicate all of your efforts to “right now.” It’s the only time that matters, it’s the only time there is.

7 - Create Value

“Strive not to be a success, but rather to be of value."

Don’t waste your time trying to be successful, spend your time creating value. If you’re valuable, then you will attract success.

Discover the talents and gifts that you possess, learn how to offer those talents and gifts in a way that most benefits others.

Labor to be valuable and success will chase you down.

8 - Don’t Expect Different Results

“Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.”

You can’t keep doing the same thing everyday and expect different results. In other words, you can’t keep doing the same workout routine and expect to look differently. In order for your life to change, you must change, to the degree that you change your actions and your thinking is to the degree that your life will change.

9 - Knowledge Comes From Experience

“Information is not knowledge. The only source of knowledge is experience.”

Knowledge comes from experience. You can discuss a task, but discussion will only give you a philosophical understanding of it; you must experience the task first hand to “know it.” What’s the lesson? Get experience! Don’t spend your time hiding behind speculative information, go out there and do it, and you will have gained priceless knowledge.

10 - Learn the Rules and Then Play Better

“You have to learn the rules of the game. And then you have to play better than anyone else.”

To put it all in simple terms, there are two things that you must do. The first thing you must do is to learn the rules of the game that you’re playing. It doesn’t sound exciting, but it’s vital. Secondly, you must commit to play the game better than anyone else. If you can do these two things, success will be yours!

Android KitKat is the next version of Google's mobile operating system

Android 4.4 KitKat

Android Hits 1B Total Activations And Names Next Verison Kit Kat...

Unlike the rumors which we all have been hearing so far, the next android version after JellyBeans is to be named as Kit Kat (Android 4.4) and not KeyLimePie..
Android KitKat
Prepare for a sweet new treat...!!

Android is the operating system that powers over 1 billion smartphones and tablets. Since these devices make our lives so sweet, each Android version is named after a dessert: Cupcake, Donut, Eclair, Froyo, Gingerbread, Honeycomb, Ice Cream Sandwich, and Jelly Bean. As everybody finds it difficult to stay away from chocolate we decided to name the next version of Android after one of our favorite chocolate treats, Kitkat®!

Google's Sundar Pichai, head of both Android and Chrome, has confirmed that the next version of Android will be called KitKat. Yes, you've read correctly, KitKat, as in the trademarked name of the chocolate candy bar made by Nestle (and licensed by Hershey in the US). A splash page for the new operating system reveals that KitKat will be the codename for Android 4.4, not the long-rumored Android 5.0. The name keeps the company's long-standing tradition of naming each version of its mobile operating system after desserts.

To date, Google has internally referred to the release as Key Lime Pie, but the company decided to go for another name after realizing that "very few people actually know the taste of a key lime pie," director of Android partnerships John Lagerling tells the BBC. Late last year, someone suggested naming the upcoming version KitKat — apparently a favorite snack of Android coders — and the company "decided to reach out to the Nestle folks." Within 24 hours an agreement was made, though it's apparently "not a money-changing-hands kind of deal," according to Lagerling.

Google says that "it's our goal with Android KitKat to make an amazing Android experience available for everybody." That's certainly a bit vague, but the statement does line up with earlier rumors that suggested Google plans to use its next Android release in smartwatches, gaming consoles, low-cost smartphones, and even laptops.

Pichai says in a Google+ post that he's just returned from meeting with hardware partners in Asia, and he adds that there are now over 1 billion Android activations. He goes on to say that he "can’t wait to release the next version of the platform that is as sweet as the candy bar that’s one of our team’s favorites." To promote the partnership, a new Willy Wonka-style contest offers buyers of specially-marked KitKat packages a chance to win either a free Nexus 7 or a Google Play credit. If you're really lucky, you might even get a KitKat bar in the shape of an Android robot.
