How to remove the shortcut virus..

Just fallow the below steps …..

Click on "Start" -->Run --> type cmd and click on OK.
Here I assume your pen drive letter as K:
Enter this command.
attrib -h -r -s /s /d k:\*.*
You can copy the above command --> Right-click in the Command Prompt and
paste it.
Note : Don't forget to replace the letter k with your pen drive letter.
Now press "Enter".
That’s it!!!!
Now check for your files and folder in Pen Drive.

Solution two:

The shortcut virus regsvr if often located in “C:\Windows\System32” so you can manually delete it following these steps:
In the option where you tick mark on “show hidden files and folders” , go just below it and unmark the option “hide protected operating system files” , it will show a warning popup, just ignore it by clicking yes (you can again mark this option after this task completes)
Now go to “C:\Windows\System32” and find regsvr and delete it using shift+delete.
If not found then search it in “c:\program files” else follow next step.
Insert your flash drive, open task manager (Note: don’t go into your flash drive or click on autorun)
Go in task manager à processes à click show all processes ; find regsvr and right click on it then click on end process tree.
